Our garden is growing. We did have to replant all but the peas because hail, rain and wind came through after the first planting. Now we have a better, improved garden. Little Kohlrabi, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, pumpkins, watermelon, corn, beans, radishes and more are growing quite nicely. It is always exciting for me to watch things pop out of the ground. Our Rhododendron "bush" out front is absolutely beautiful when it blooms and I vowed to take a picture of it before it is too late. Notice the cute little girl in the picture, as well.
Marianne survived her invasive surgery to remove cancer and is recovering close by. She continues to smile and be grateful for every day.Uncle Terry's stem cell transplant has been a success thus far and we pray it will continue to be so.

BriAnn is now 3. Trevor had fun taking pictures at her birthday party. I took her to two different toy stores trying to find something she would enjoy that was different than what we already have at home and she ended up chosing a tree house with animals. Animals are not different, but the tree house is. She does love her animals!
Our front lawn is looking better. Considerably less dandelion-filled, almost moss free and a bit greener thanks to our efforts. We plan to plant grass seed soon. Or maybe we will wait to plant in the fall to avoid watering. Oh, yah. Mother Nature is doing a fine job taking care of the watering for us these days.
